Ano nga ba ang SK o Sangguniang Kabataan?
The Sangguniang Kabataan serves as a platform for the youth to hone their leadership skills and engage in public services catered to their local government’s community. They are the youth council in the Philippines, tasked with representing the interests of young people in barangay-level governance. They create various programs addressing the needs of their barangay.​
Through organizing programs, activities, and initiatives that promote health, education, environment, and youth development, the SK plays a vital role in empowering the next generation of leaders.
