The creators of the storybook “Mga Kwento ni Lakandula” are Robie Alexa Cruz and Karla Mediatrix Breta, two 3rd year college students from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, currently taking up Multimedia Arts.

Together, their expertise in graphic design and illustration creates a visual and textual blend, inspiring children to see themselves as leaders and active participants in their own communities. Alongside each other, they have crafted a storybook that does not just entertain, but empowers children to see themselves as leaders who can make a positive difference in their world.

Through this storybook, she aims to inspire a new generation of leaders. The storybook may become a window or a stepping stone for the youth to see their potential as the next leaders.
